Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers and applies to all products displayed in our store.

All products on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in the original packaging.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please take a photo of the product and provide your city, address, and order number so it can be exchanged for another product if the item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as agreed upon.

A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on our product page.

We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.
